  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 cup raw unsalted pecans
  • 2 cup raw walnut halves

directions

  • mix salt and egg white in blender until frothy
  • mix in remaining spices
  • mix in softened butter and Worcestershire sauce
  • pour all nuts into pan, pour mixture over them and stir
  • bake at 325°F for 40 minutes, stirring every 10m
