ingredients

  • 2 egg white
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chipolte pepper
  • 3 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp smoked Mexican salt
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cup raw unsalted pecans
  • 1 cup raw filberts
  • 1 cup raw Brazil nuts
  • 1 cup raw cashews

directions

  • mix salt and egg white in blender until frothy
  • mix in remaining spices
  • mix in softened butter and Worcestershire sauce
  • pour all nuts into pan, pour mixture over them and stir
  • bake at 325°F for 40 minutes, stirring every 10m
