This is one of the installments in the project I did with my good friend Glench, which is visible in all its awesome glory at his site. I enjoyed it a lot and we both made some really neat art - he wrote and I drew. The full description is available at that link, which is definitely worth visiting and reading through.
This drawing was for Glench's story "Through the Woods". I love clockwork - it fascinates me to no end. Something in his story brought it to the front of my mind, and its clean, precise movements, and the ceaseless, unstoppable swing of a pendulum.
