This is the second installment from the project I did with my good friend Glench, which is visible in all its awesome glory at his site. I enjoyed it a lot and we both made some really neat art - he wrote and I drew. The full description is available at that link, which is definitely worth visiting and reading through. Suffice it to say that this drawing was for his story "Snow Day".
I drew the arm from a picture, but didn't do much else in terms of actually drawing from a source - I don't generally, and I wish I did. His chest looks a little flat, but I'm generally happy with it.
My basic idea going into this drawing was to try and make a series of progressively more finished images of a person running and then falling over - I ended up just doing three, which fit pretty well, but I sort of wish I had done more on the middle step when he's falling over.
