- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 cup raw unsalted pecans
- 2 cup raw walnut halves
directions
- mix salt and egg white in blender until frothy
- mix in remaining spices
- mix in softened butter and Worcestershire sauce
- pour all nuts into pan, pour mixture over them and stir
- bake at 325°F for 40 minutes, stirring every 10m
