- 2 egg white
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chipolte pepper
- 3 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1 tsp smoked Mexican salt
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup raw almonds
- 4 cup raw unsalted pecans
- 1 cup raw filberts
- 1 cup raw Brazil nuts
- 1 cup raw cashews
directions
- mix salt and egg white in blender until frothy
- mix in remaining spices
- mix in softened butter and Worcestershire sauce
- pour all nuts into pan, pour mixture over them and stir
- bake at 325°F for 40 minutes, stirring every 10m
